This thing has sprung up impressively fast. I spy it a few times a week from my train commute and it's been a nice surprise to watch. Can't wait to watch the newest buildings spring up too which just started construction across the street.

I can't wait to see this project rise above the skyline. All the buildings in this development look great and it will make that area of the city look super slay. I really hope The 78, One Central, and Lincoln Yards developments also begin construction soon!

920 is 21 stories? Can't have more than one or two floors left before the penthouse/mechanicals, I would assume?

Man, JDL does not fuck around

They've already poured it.

Incredibly topped out in 6 months.

Haha, right on.

Thats great that 868 has the underground parking! Hopefully the podium floors are filled with active uses too.

thegoatman Nov 9, 2022 12:46 AM

Would love to see underground parking (or even better, low/no parking) normalized in this city, especially in/near downtown. River North is littered with ugly parking podiums. Good for JDL.

Isn’t the problem keeping the water out?
