Austin Proper probably has another 60 or 70 feet to go. It'll be 8 feet taller than Third + Shoal across the alley to the north.

I still can't get over how close these two are - Third + Shoal and Austin Proper. That alley is 20 feet wide, but they might as well be touching.

That canyon between these buildings is really, really dark. These pictures were taken in the middle of the day.
