This is a beast in the skyline now. So much wider than OBP and Vista. It will have a huge impact.
The tower crane right now is probably around 800ft?

NEMA is a brand of apartments by Crescent Heights. They have one in San Francisco, and Boston.

The name still confuses me though because for the San Francisco one it makes sense because it starts for New Market and it's in the Mid-Market neighborhood but for Boston/Chicago it doesn't
