How likely is it looking that construction on the 2nd tower will begin this year or next year?

maru2501 Jan 3, 2017 9:27 PM

that'll be visible from everywhere

Sweet! Looking south across the park from Randolph, this building is so needed. Another skyline changer!

Does anybody know which rendering is more accurate, the version in the highrise thread appears to have balconies, and be more blue in color vs the renderings above.

The rendering with the balconies and bluer coloration is one of the first ones we ever saw so I'd be guessing it is not as accurate as the pictures you see on this page of the thread.

I wouldn't pay any attention to the color of the windows in these renderings. The color you see is very likely just an attempt at showing reflection. It's not blue windows it's windows reflecting a blue sky. If you're looking for accuracy the best option might be to just look at images of the model which is more accurate than the most recent rendering as it doesn't have the ornamentation on top.

God I can't wait for this to block out that brick townhome/condo building directly south of it!
