My only gripe is that it's not taller (300-400 ft), but it is a nice infill building.

Wow! That’s impressive. I’ve not been super into some of the developments in Philly lately, but this one is really sharp looking. It’s going to be a little different for this community, but I think it’s a good change. Maybe this is a sign of modernization in this part of the city? Hope so!

According to a post on the Philadelphia Industrial Heritage group, on April 27th, the developer is seeking final approval from the historical commission on the relocation of the historic gas station.

Is this the lot? How old is this structure? is this the old gas station building? maybe they should incorporate it into the build. I was wondering why a gas station was under historical protection but now I see why. Also this tower would have been excellent has a 40 story. |
