The Omaha diagram needs to be updated with the new Mutual of Omaha HQ

- pending approval
- not great but just a start
- the base is simplified
- there 2 designs of this building out there and i dont know how it will look if the construction is finished
- overall good addition to omaha skyline
- but this building would fit more in Houston or Dallas
