I had a friend in from out of town last weekend and took him to the signature lounge. We had a west facing window table. Great view of this whole site. I apologize for the quality, I need to replace my phone.

Now that the first building is almost done hopefully the others can start soon .

When is the target date of completion for this whole project? Didn't see it on the first page.

2026 is the new target completion, it's on the North Union website

It'd be awesome to see two 600 footers in the area by then, hopefully there are no delays.

North Union is only 8 acres with existing infrastructure in place. Bronzeville Lakefront is 100 acres and they need to completely install new infrastructure (streets, electrical grid, plumbing, etc). That's even larger than the 78 or Lincoln Yards.

I really like the vertical details on this one - this whole development is so great..JDL is kicking ass

These are looking great and have gone up SO fast.

The whole stretch of Wells has seen a lot of change in the last 5 years, it's wild.
