Omg you guys it does not look better grey. They should never have modified the original design, which was pretty good imo.

All this is a non issue. The Apparel Center will be relegated to visual background noise once Wolf Point is built to completion. After that, they can paint a giant mural of a horse's ass on there for all I care. :)

Part of the iconic Merchandise Mart (Southwest slanted wall) will be obscured by this bland blue glass tower as well.

:happybirthday:I think it'll be far from bland. It'll have nice texture and articulation, besides... the southern face, which is it's most prominent is about 3-acres.

Great shot. 150, River Point and WPW were all not there not so long ago...

Imagine being some guy (or gal) who moved out of the city 20 years ago and visiting today. And thinking to yourself, where the fuck am I at?

I agree. It's a perfectly fine piece of infrastructure. And if you squint, it actually has some nice visual density.

The Mart has almost 600 horizontal feet of river frontage that will be fully uncovered and visible in perpetuity. I think we'll be fine :tup:
