But that doesn't mean they are a guarantee. I hope they are included. All this development along Spring Garden is great, but vegetation is an important (overlooked) catalyst to improving a neighborhood. |

the northern wing is just barely peeking into the frame here but from street level this is beginning to feel really massive |
^^^ Is an Amazon grocery still planned for that corner?

nice clean, straight forward design.
I think it was a missed opportunity to have such a large single-story build on so much of the site. Early on Amazon was going to take 40K of the 60K feet of commercial space; is that still the plan, and has CVS etc. taken the rest of the space? |

Never knew how much of Yards' roof was covered in solar panels.

Can’t say I’m a fan of this one. The massing is odd. They could have done something much more interesting given the angle of 5th St.

Also, it looks like the street trees are still included. There were actually 6-8 trees on site this morning waiting to be planted (which have to be for around the 1 story section since the main section hasn't topped off yet). |

To me it feels like a nice response to the surrounding area. Add to that, I don't know what early iterations of this site looked like, but if the NoLibs Zoning Committee was involved they could have asked for the massing for the aforementioned reason. It could also have something to do with specifications from Amazon. Who knows. |
