Northern Liberties is becoming the most compelling non-Center City neighborhood in the city for retail.
It will be interesting to see how 2nd & Girard evolves as well as all of those 1000s of apartments come on line in the vicinity between NoLibs and South Kensington. Add the waterfront on top of that and it's a demographers dream. |
