For anybody looking for a test: https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/fi...-site-near-you
Can also use the search bar, enter your zip code, and the test sites will populate in the map. Urgent Care/Concentra will do anti-body tests. Just get evaluated if you think you've had it or might of been exposed in the past. They also offer nasal test too. |

actually any delays in reacting quite naturally followed virus arrival delay patterns. ie., remember the first case in the usa was jan 19 on the west coast, the first in nys was march 1st. however, the partial china travel ban started jan 31, but the euro flight ban wasn't until mar 12. that makes the trump failure to ban euro flights early by far the biggest disaster factor of all for the east coast. |

It seems Brazil will cross the 100,000 barrier within two days, two days before I forecasted. The 7-day moving average is still slightly above 1,000, stable for almost three months now, again, no signs of receding. Some states passed the peak, but others took their places, with soaring number of deaths. São Paulo capital is still in the reopening process, streets are much busier, but a far cry from the normal. Everybody uses masks. |
For the first time, I saw two people yelling at each other over social distancing. A security officer was trying to break it up. Many businesses have issues with social distancing at the entrance/exit doors and that is where this happened. Since stores now require them, masks are very common in suburban Atlanta. I have noticed, it seems, businesses aren't cleaning as much. Not long ago, some stores and restaurants had the smell of cleaning chemicals in the air and people constantly cleaning everything. I also remember Publix having a cart cleaning station at the entrance. At many grocery stores, the carts needed to be dried. I don't see this now. Some businesses have removed the one-way arrows from the floor. I don't think the arrows worked and no one enforced it.
This seems to be the big story in Georgia: https://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta-new...OQVRYTUDZE6W4/ |
