Seeing all these exciting new projects makes me wish we had a page dedicated to Phoenix similar to Denver Infill that way we could always be current and up to date with photos of the projects that are happening.

Lol yeah it's good but just feel it would be nice to see it condensed all in one place. Plus the person who runs the blog does a very nice job of capturing photos of the projects from many angles and updates it more frequently than we do here. That's just my opinion.

I noticed today the block what used to contain Urban cookies and a hubcap store has been completely leveled. Does anyone know if something is going in there right away?

I thought that the old Urban Cookies location at 4711 N. 7th St. was supposed to become a Starbucks. Don't know about the rest of that block though.

The new renderings of the Blocks at Roosevelt no longer depicts a 3-story building. IMO I'm still satisfied with how it looks, I kind of like the simplicity in the design and uniqueness it will add to the fabric of Roosevelt Row.

Good news everyone!

Deep Roots Brewing is partnering in a full bar called Sazerac at 821 N. 2nd st with a planned opening date around March 1st. I believe these are the same people opening a location at 815 W. Madison st as well.

Also Genuwine Bar is opening January 6th!

You're about to be flooded with more bars than you know what to do with downtown.

Forget Roosevelt, Garfield is now the bar street !

Rottn' Grapes wine/beer bar is opening a second location in the Goldspot building at Roosevelt and 3rd Ave. I believe that will put the corner at full occupancy.

One more point for Roosevelt!

Something in the 200' range appears to be in the works for the Kierland area. This isn't the 3rd Optima unit, is it? I wasn't expecting anything that high for the Optima development. Anyone else know what could be going in that area?

Is that the spot where Golub proposed that terrible office building a few years ago?

I'm interested to know their definition of "high rise". Hopefully it's not like 7 floors.
