MONTREAL | Maestria Condominiums | 185 M / 606 FT & 202 M / 663 FT | 57 & 61 FLOORS

This new beauty in the Quartier des Spectacles (entertainment district) in downtown Montreal. It'll go on sale Spring of 2019. In terms of height, it looks at least 180m if I had to guess.

Little is known about the height and that's because different heights are being thrown around. The developer says it's 220 metres above sea level (implying the tower is 180-190 metres tall) but according to some papers, it's 168 metres. I mean it's still a fantastic height for the area, but still no solid/final info on the height.

What would the closest intersection be?

the most known would be Sainte-Catherine-Bleury.

It's 168 meters. The promoter said so in this article:

The tower would figure prominently from this angle - just below Complexe Desjardins (3 tower complex with green lights)

These two towers + whatever will be announced at One Square Phillips will change the skyline dramatically and make the downtown core even more dense (+ Bell Centre cluster, VSLP & BN new HQ) :slob::slob:

I really hope the white/silver glass isn't the final product, it looks much better with the black glass.

**Can the mods change the height to 198m/185m and 58/55-floors respectively please*

Nice renders. Thanks for sharing.

It's going to dwarf everything else in the area. Hopefully some more towers get added around there to balance things out.

These towers will dominate this angle.

According to city documents, this project got bumped up slightly to 202m and 185m. The thing is, the height limit is 200m. The project also contains 1,632 units (rental/condo).

Groundbreaking of Maestria condos today! Mods, can you please update the thread to 57 & 61 floors please.

MONTRÉAL, Sept. 26, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - Devimco Immobilier, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Fiera Real Estate today broke ground for the largest mixed-used residential project ever built in Montréal. The first of the project's two towers, 57 and 61 storeys high with a total of 1,750 residential units, will rise on the site of the former Spectrum de Montréal, a legendary performance venue. Projected to cost more than $700 million, Maestria is located in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles.
