Sorry guys, I gotta do this;

:banana::awesome::pepper::dancinghotdog:
:fireworks::rock::ohyeah::righton::banaride::thrasher::djparty:

I've watched hundreds, literally hundreds of highrises get built in this town. I remember a time when the IBM building lorded over the whole main branch and the Sun Times building wasn't even threatened yet. I also remember a time when there were fewer than 3 tower cranes in the whole city. But what I cannot recall ever seeing is a single construction site with 3 tower cranes in Chicago. Veterans, when was the last time?

I'd like to know as well.

Celebration is absolutely justified :cheers::cheers::cheers:

LOOK AT HOW ADORABLE THAT BABY CRANE IS.
I imagine it will be the first to get disassembled after a few months? If they were ever going to bump it up, they might as well have started taller off the bat.

Cannot wait to take some time lapses of this site with all three luffing jib cranes cooperating and moving around each other.

Time is money on this one, apparently.

Are they building the garage stump for the third tower or is it going to be left as a dirt lot for the time being?

Great question, I'm curious about that too.

Great updates! Such an awesome project. I feel like just yesterday caisson rigs were just arriving on site. This thing will fly once it gets out of the ground.

It never ceases to amaze me how fast construction projects can move.
