I actually think in person the crown looks great. The lighting makes it.

I agree, the lighting is nice. This a building that looks much better in person and from the ground level.

Nice, it will be even nicer when some kind of tower fills this gap between the Tribune Tower and Fairbanks

Well I'll be damned... that's is a sleek looking tower from that angle.

It still looks like something that would better fit in as the tallest building in some midsize Sunbelt city.

It does kind of look like The Austonian now that you mention it.

That's what i always think when I see it, except not just the Austonian, but really what I think of when I think of any building in that city at all that has been built in the last 5 years

It would work great as the new tallest building in Raleigh.

People tend to shit all over this building but there´s no denying her beauty at nite!

The tower's design definitely has it's positives and drawbacks, but that base might be the best executed from this cycle(in my humble opinion).
