iowa is surprising.

i dk about that list, but to add another category ohio would lead for most aggravating. they insist on driving the speed limit in the passing lanes. to be fair other than that its ok for drivers. :D

That's easy: Massachusetts. It contains the worst drivers, and the best drivers which have evolved to survive among worst drivers.

This isn't anyone's fault but the federal government who should have written into nationwide motoring law decades ago (at the advent of the IHS) correct passing etiquette vis a vis slow-poking in the passing lane and being unresponsive to motorists behind you and my personal upmost grievance: tractor trailers being allowed to be in any lane at all except the outer most lanes.

These rankings change much year to year, almost a waste of everyone's time to study them.

How the hell is Florida not in the Top 10 for Worst drivers?

Michigan has the lowest amount of accidents in the entire nation? I know I'm biased, but I find that hard to believe.
