So I figured since someone in the construction thread asked, and it makes a lot of sense to have one, that I'd make a proposals thread.

Is that the one to the East of Xenex?

No, 222 15 Avenue SW. Replacing that house above. We haven't seen a rendering for the lot east of Xenex yet. Likely a tower there.

Looks decent but I'm always leery of that mustard colour. Especially if it's going to be stucco.

I thought the purpose of this thread was to post renderings and new development information without any discussion, no? If it becomes another discussion thread we might as well kill it.

The Curtis Block developer put the land up for sale a couple weeks ago, it is no longer on the market for immediate development. It'll happen eventually though.
