Can someone pin the location of this photo?

Can some one tell where did this photo take?

My first impression is some where in NYC, maybe Brooklyn Heights, even Long Island City.

or maybe Canadian city say Vancouver, but not sure.

Thank you very much, so it's definitely NYC eh, and the far behind to be WTC tower then
I kinda like to use this picture for some reason so, I need to pin the location for personal purpose.

I think the model should have stood about 6 inches to the right.

So this was a bit tricky but I think I got you.
The image is older, which makes it harder because Hudson Yards would otherwise taken up most of the shot.

It's taken from the same place as this one:
https://www.gettyimages.co.nz/detail...image/90285100

Using the distinctive buildings in that second shot, I place the photos being taken from this building here, or one very nearby, looking north (it's not the WTC at the back):
https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7498.../data=!3m1!1e3
https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7497...7i16384!8i8192

The buildings you can see in the far background is here:
https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7649.../data=!3m1!1e3
