The problem lies with out archaic liquor laws here. Dive bars can be charming, but here they need to come along with dingy SROs or rundown hotels - or be attached to a restaurant and/or serve food.

This is an interesting tidbit. Their Main at York building has been sold, so this leaves one to speculate on their current HQ on Broadway or the space they have at 330 Main. Both would be great to have re-purposed and taken out of the office classification ultimately.
