Maybe one at the other side of the tower too for balance?

This one almost looks like the top of a church. Maybe they would go for it :)

Wow...I like this! Better flow at the top rather than the design bow.

This building is quite thin, at least the E-W dimension. Walking by it, it does not look large along those sides (what's gone up of it so far, anyway). This will possibly look quite striking from the N and S.

KWillChicago Feb 21, 2020 11:20 PM

Quite thin indeed. What's the top penthouse square footage? Has to be 2/3 floors right?

maru2501 Feb 22, 2020 2:30 AM

sorry but the actual design is better than all of these sincere and able attempts

adds huge bulk.. basically pops the downtown core/skyline to the NW as an anchor

Donnie77 Mar 5, 2020 7:59 PM

Is it me or do the floor plates look small and can I get some numbers or link to an updated pdf?

rgarri4 Mar 5, 2020 8:54 PM

It would be pretty cool if they lit the setbacks at night. Although I'm not sure since those would technically be peoples personal terraces. Hopefully there's some sort of lighting

The main tower is ~90 ft. wide across the short (N & S) sides.

Nice work rgarri!

It's gonna look so epic in that location

Skyguy_7 Mar 6, 2020 1:36 PM

^^^That is a gorgeous rendering, Rgarri! Looks so Deco! :slob:

Getting some Comcast (Philly) vibes with this design. A positive IMO.

I quite like this project. Its bulk will do wonders to aid this portion of the skyline mass. Hopefully some of the surrounding blocks will fill in as seen in post #2003.

WOW--JDL knocked that video out of the park! Take note WPS: That's how you hype up a tower.
