Wow Austin! Looks pretty slick with the exception of the auto warehouse base.

Sweet! Make it happen.

Sexy as hell

The Austin American-Statesman picked it up. This quotes the developer as saying that the tower might even grow from 62 floors to "the mid-70s range".

Holy cow I love the design!

A winning design.
Normally, new tallests should demand an excellent caliber of detail, and this passes the test. Worthy of a new leader in the rankings. As always, may it act as a catalyst for future growth. :) Quote:

This says they plan to file a site plan soon and start construction within a year and have it delivered within 4 years.

Austin(Texas) isn't messing around! Taaaaalllllllllll....
|
Wow, nice.
Would be 6th tallest in all of Texas, that's some height. |
Unbelievable! As an Austin native, I never thought I'd see this day (much less the day any building exceeded the height of One American Center - 400').
Looks like they're preserving the historic house on the block as well. |
Me likey!!!
|
Austin is definitely turning into one of the big skyscraper players
|
:slob:
I wish this San Antonio based developer would plan a tall skyscraper in, oh, I don't know, San Antonio. Austin continues to lead the way |
Dare I say that Chicago's canceled Waterview tower moved south?
