I am curious with all of the new office development development relocating from auto oriented areas to Conshohocken which is more urban by nature and has regional rail connection if more people from those companies will take public transit to the these new offices than before?
While it would be best case scenario for these companies to move to Center City, being in a place like Conshohocken is the second best option, kind of like in places like Silver Springs/ Bethesda. |

Still happy to see more highrises and density in Philly's burbs. It's cool that Conshy currently has TWO highrises under construction. I'd be surprised to see the hotel highrise get out of the ground anytime soon now with hotels taking a huge hit from COVID.
