I’m glad we are not live in South Florida anymore. It’s getting more overcrowded, too much traffic, too much rain, and too expensive. Florida has too many hurricanes. Too tired of them!

ODA must be really busy with their portfolio. IMO, this is a nice design for the area. New round of new tallest or close 2nd and 3rds.

Well, Fort Lauderdale just finished elections for city some commissioners, and from what I've read most are upset over the overdevelopment. We'll see in the coming months of their definition of overdevelopment and their plans in office.

This is under FAA review. Looks like they are going for 574 ft above ground. One of the tallest within the area.

It would be the tallest in Broward County and bring back the tallest to downtown Fort Lauderdale! The current tallest is the Beach Club Tower 2 @ 505ft in the City of Hallandale Beach:
