Some of those 'coming soon' dates for the ~400' towers are in 2024-2025. Meaning they'd have to break ground by next year no?? And then not long after for the 600 footers.

It’s very very on trend right now whether or not it’s good design is another question.

Back in the early to mid 2000’s where there was curving facades, especially many towers in the south loop. I had a few friends who had condos in these types of buildings. Not great where you got the unit where a column was 2’ in from the window. Made for awkward placement of living room furniture. No architects are doing that anymore.

Given JDL's typical permit to construction timeline, that means the crane should be arriving approximately today. :shrug:
