I can't find any construction pictures as of right now, but i'm assuming it's site prep.

Also, The Real Deal said that this tower was 240 FT back in 2017, but also said it was 19 floors. It could've easily changed, but knowing that this part of the city has height limitations of towers that can only reach a max of 240 FT, I say it's about right.
