Is that hole on the western part of the base going to be used for the construction of WPS? Looks that that and the river would be the two remaining access points to the site after this building is done and operating. Anyone have any info on what the plan is?

Yes that is the "tunnel" that is and will be the only access to the center site.

I just figured they would drive over to the cul-de-sac and drop stuff down onto the site with a mobile crane. But it's cooler that they built a tunnel.

You know, I've been watching these pages, and I've made perhaps 5 posts. this building is perhaps one of my favorites going up, the glass detailing I didn't expect, it is going to be such an exciting addition to the skyline, I'm very excited to see salesforce tower in the future, hopefully they surprise us like this guy, heres to a great boom.

Do we know how much the Kennedy's sold Wolf point for?

Where did you see that they sold the site? Last time I checked they still own it. That would have been huge news I'd imagine, especially since they've owned the land since 1945

I think Hines is working WITH the Kennedy Family to develop Wolf Point (still owned by Kennedys but they hired Hines to develop it??). I think they were trying to sell Wolf Point West... that was a while ago idk if they ever succeeded

Pretty sure the middle flag on the top of the moveable form says "Kennedy." They own this.
