Took this pic yesterday from southwest view. South Loop density looks really solid here.

Looks like the housing for the slosh bucket is in place so the extra floors are mechanical or could we be seeing a lantern?

Apparently first move-ins will be as soon as May? It looks... very nice. Prices are not as exorbitant as I would have imagined either.

also how do they get the water up there for the slosh damper? using the concrete pump?

This is the first ultra lux apt tower that has made me go "damn, I should be renting".... Wow the amenities in this thing are insane....

I mean, when your handle is "cozy" I certainly don't expect you to walk outside in the chill.
