A Denver icon is about to kick off. Can't wait to see this one added to the mix. Also can't wait to have a staycation here. :)

That's really cool. Who is the architect? Kind of reminds me of a Bertrand Goldberg design interpreted by Zaha Hadid or perhaps Studio Gang.

Love it! This is moving forward? Is there a timetable for construction?

The site has been cleared and construction barricades and fencing installed, so I would say construction is likely to begin in the next few weeks.

Nice! Coming along as promised. What do we call this style? Neo-Gaudi?

This thing is so cool. I love it.

It will be interesting to see how they hide the seams between the panels. The building pays a nice homage to Gio Ponti's Denver Art Museum just a few blocks away on the other side of City Hall.

Most likely some type of sealant compatible with that type of panel material (and the same color) to close the gaps.

this is really striking. not saying i totally love it, but its great use of a prominent flatiron type plot of land. i wish more developers would do designs like this. it's not appropriate for everywhere, but yet there isn't enough of it and instead there is usually far too much cookie cutter blandness.
