This is a new proposal for a 37 floor rental tower that's already underway, as demolition of the site has occurred. Many details on the project are not fully known, but it appears that this will be condominiums. (EDIT: These are rentals) I took the following update a few days ago, but first, a rendering of the proposed project (A bit dated, but the best I can find);
