So, this project is now dubbed Harper Square. And I found this rendering showing what could be the redesigned 611 foot tall tower

i hope not. Looking at the current design I'm not a big fan of it. The height of the tower is amazing and I'm really happy to see it rise. I just hope the design is fit for a tower of this scale and visibility. I don't want another all glass box, but I doubt we will get a design like those in NYC. Tldr I hope the redesign looks good 😅

Currently modeling a new model based on the plans on the PDF, the buildings figure is slightly bigger and the shape has slightly changed. An article should be out on it soon, and I could upload images beforehand

Would by hyped if this got going. After the momentum of Arthaus and the Laurel, this coming out of nowhere would be fantastic

Is Bryce getting a unit in the building, and they are naming it after him as part of his huge contract?:haha:

This building will have a good height; and you know; we have seen several buildings along Walnut Street that are between the 500 to 750 range; FMC, the Lauren, W Hotel Philadelphia, and now Harper Square; all within 5 years which is real nice. Then there is the Arthaus which is a really nice location.

This tower will be a nice addition; especially from the west, south, and east.

^^^where did you find the images for that new model? i cant find any PDF for the new look

Maybe from a marketing perspective they intend to promote the two developments on both sides of 19th St as a unified whole.

Does it? The last 30 feet is the core

Londonee Jan 4, 2022 7:33 PM

Is this going to be condos or apartments?
