I believe 808 Pavonia was approved back in October, so those along with this will really turn this area into a nice node. Becoming denser by the day.

No parking provided. As it should be this close to a subway stop. There is also discussions that NJ Transit/Port Authority/Hudson County will built a tunnel under JFK. Maybe residents will have a direct link to the PATH? Cool selling feature.
