This building fills an important gap in that streetscape, and I believe the podium has liner apartments on the north face. Not a stellar design in any sense, but a good development for what it adds to the area.

Including this and others its size or bigger under construction, how many 500 foot tall buildings do we have? I feel like it's a lot.

I think the rendering is out of date. The top of the bigger floors is level 38, and there are 10 smaller floors above that, plus the crown.
