^So there's going to be an entrance from lower wacker as well? Is that temporary until the corner lot gets developed?

this is truly remarkable.

Nice pictures, what a massive site. Am I correct in assuming the taller 950+ Parcel I tower would rise right next to these? If that thing ever gets built it would be epic

Not sure what you were expecting from relatively short towers in LSE. Look at what's around them.

EDIT: I should also point out that the landscape architecture on these is pretty fantastic and will really improve connectivity with the lakefront.

Considering residents of these two buildings will have some incredible views of both the lake and the surrounding neighborhoods, as well as envious amenities and high-end interiors, and as gandalf612 mentioned, new, gorgeous landscape features as well as access to the Lakeshore East park, doubtful the exterior facade design is of critical significance for potential residents of these two addresses. Average layfolk who happen to have a lot of money are not as obsessed with exterior appearances, compared to us design nerds. Maybe not ALL people who have lots of money and can afford to live here, but I think in this situation, location, location, location.

That is actually a 2 year old picture of the Vista tower construction site.
