DENVER | 1900 Lawrence | 435 FT | 30 FLOORS | PROPOSED
1900 Lawrence is a proposed 700,000 square foot office building proposed by Riverside Investment & Development of Chicago. The architect is Goettsch Partners, also of Chicago.
Construction is proposed to start in 2021, with completion in Q2 2023. https://www.1900lawrence.com/uploads...23-20_orig.jpg http://1900lawrence.com/uploads/1/2/.../365869686.png Per the Denver Business Journal: Quote:

I like this one a lot, and glad to see towers getting ready to rise on two different sides of downtown.

The “official” groundbreaking takes place tomorrow, April 21, 2022:
https://milehighcre.com/denvers-larg...und-this-week/ I had to check to make sure the “largest office building in 40 years” at 700,000 square feet was correct. It is. 1144 15th Street, although it is 40 stories, contains 671,000 square feet of leasable space (completed 2018). 675 15th Street, 30 stories, is only 595,000 square feet (completed 2021). The last time a larger building was completed was in 1984 - Republic Plaza, the City’s tallest. |
This is kind of boring. It’s short and super-fat. Denver deserves better.

Anyway, Denver has a ton of surface parking lots and they aren't going to get the supertalls until there's a lot more density. A 435 ft tower is good infill. |

I quite like Denver. I’ve been traveling there for thirty years. |

There's two threads for this tower, I'm pretty sure this one was first.

I don't have a photo but this one is making an impact on the skyline from southbound I-25.

Looking great so far! Looks close to being topped out, no? Looks like 1-2 stories to the top of the last setback, then maybe 2-3 stories of crown after the setback, so 4-5 stories left?
