This is the park that will go between this and 200 Main Street (Transbay Block 4). Always good to see more public open space added.

The site work seems to be completed - demolition of the building, concrete removed, trees removed. Several pieces of equipment on property. Anyone have a clue when they’ll start next phase?

Based on a city hearing from early Feb and various documents I've found, financing was approved and planned to fully close by February, with construction projected to start shortly after.
I imagine it's contract negotiation and scheduling with various construction partners at this point. [UPDATE:] Kennerly Architecture mentioned on their IG that the groundbreaking is scheduled for May. |

It's true. I saw a huge drill on site on Saturday, still no activity on the 500+ ft tower though.
