Yes, before the final plans were submitted to the city, there was a rendering, released by a former employee at Hariri Pontaranri with the 98 floor design. That plan was not submitted to the city. However we got wind of it, and used it to start the thread here.

The floor space of 7 Yonge interests me, because it looks like it's vertically bigger compared to the neighbors. Maybe this tower will break the 300m mark? :3

Jealous, wish these two tower were building built in New York.

Toronto based Oxford is building an even bigger complex in New York called Hudson Yards. I believe a subsidiary of Toronto based Brookfield is building some large towers in New York as well. I do like these 1 Yonge designs though.

The tallest tower in the new rendering sure beats the placeholder design.:)

Hope this gets built. Oxford Place is starting to look dead.
