Nice shot, where is this? I visited in 2010 and it looks familiar.

It's a big red sculpture in the middle of a small traffic circle about two blocks from the Alamo on South Alamo Street at East Commerce Street. The title is Antorcha de la Amistad. I actually don't like it very much at all...except in black and white. It looks so much better in black and white.
