does this site include the taller brick faced garage that's closer to 16th St. or does only take in the lower concrete structure?
You can't rush careful craftsman doing careful work taking apart a important historical building |

They must be facing restrictions on noise that limit what equipment they can use. There is no other reason I can see for this taking so long.

some time ago I thought someone mentioned that the brick garage at the east end of the site was going to be included in the footprint of the new hotel. Does anyone have any further insight about that?

^All I know is that it is fenced off, tagged up, but still has lights on in upper floors....
