PARIS, Ontario
Paris was first settled in 1829. Located on the banks of the Grand River, it is one of the hilliest towns in southwestern Ontario. Many of the early buildings were built with locally made Plaster of Paris, leading to the town's name. The striking architecture in Paris has led to it being nicknamed the Cobblestone Capital of Canada.
