Sadly I think Hamilton falls like 5 metres short.

As does Winnipeg with GlassHouse, at 96 meters.

Hamilton's tallest UC, in the database at least, is Bella towers at 78 meters.

The last height released for Bella Towers was about 84 metres, but they added three floors to it and it wasn't clear if that meant they were making it taller or just lower ceilings.

Oh that would be good if they added height. Could be Hamilton's first 100-meter building in 40 years!

Bay and East Apartments 7 floors now Riverpark Manor 5 floors.

Since there is three buildings in Sault Ste. Marie that are under construction and are five floors, I will keep this one as the cities tallest.

Toronto's Tallest U/C currently has about 2-3 months before it wraps up.

Hôtel Unique - DRUMMONDVILLE (QC)

The hotel can be seen in the foreground, while the exhibition center (also under construction) is right behind.

Note how ugly the neighbouring buildings are.

The tallest building UC in Edmonton for the past year has been Kelly Ramsay at 130 meters Though, I think the City of Edmonton Tower is already in excavation, so at 135 meters, it would be the tallest UC.

Just to further Osirisboy's statement, looks like by the qualifications of the Canada section, Civic Centre in Surrey is indeed U/C and has been for a few months now:

In another month or so, Aura will be off this list, and the height here will drop down considerably. Looking forward to having One Bloor at the top of the list even if it is shorter.

So the construction is done once the last piece of glass has been set in place? Or is it when resident start moving in? I know the "rules" on SSP as to when a building is considered in construction but what are they for the completed status?

I think when the crane comes down, as residents and businesses have already been in the building for a few years now..

Construction is apparently starting soon on the Claridge Icon in Ottawa, which will be the city's new tallest.
