Broken cable or broken pick point? That's a dangerous failure. I wonder if anything fell. The form should be stripped clean before any lift.

Looks like it'll have a similar crown to the first tower.

Crown has been completed on tower 3 and it is a similar spandrel blob as Altus. Pretty disappointing compared to the nice and nicely lit crown on the first tower.

Tower 3 has the lighting feature on tonight. Basically the entire box is lit with white light. Doesn't look as special as the Tower 1 nextdoor, but it is another lit crown feature for the Brentwood area.

Tower 3 almost complete. Tower 4 - old building is now gone, and the excavation is underway.

The crown on Tower 3 is pretty bright - more prominent from the west than either of the 2 other towers.

Tower 4 will have to be one of the most profitable build outs for BOSA, I imagine.

The land cost on this from a decade ago, combined with the absurd unit costs in Brentwood, I would love to see the numbers on tower 3 and 4.

Solo isn't a Bosa development, it's Appia. The President is Jim Bosa, one of Nat Bosa's sons, but But Bosa Developments and Bosa Properties are different companies. Solterra is also a Bosa family business, and Ryan Bosa ran Embassy Development for many years as well.
