Good news, steel has arrived at Zios this morning. I was beginning to get worried.

Hopefully Zios and Dolma will see walls soon!

With the sheer amount of work going on around the tri-community I wonder if steel beam producers were a bit bogged down?

As sad as the fire was, this is wonderful news and will be a welcome addition to that end of st. George.

Yup, much better. Even the old funeral home in the back fully gutted and renovated. Nice job!

Anyone old enough on here to remember that this was once Kelly's Music store way back when vinyl and cassette tapes were the standards?

Grand opening of Downing Place today. Par-T-Perfect had bouncy castles up for the kids. Good times.

A few pictures of work ongoing on the interior of Castle Manor (from Mayor Dawn Arnold's Facebook page).

No question that the condo units (when complete) will be unique and spectacular.

In case you folks are wondering what the heck am I doing with my drone, well, here's a couple of videos. I'm trying to create a video every two weeks. I was going to wait until I have more videos accumulated before going full launch on a new channel, but I figured I would share with you fine folks.

The two below are appropriate for this thread and I added another in the Shediac thread.

Hope you enjoy!
