In the first shot, count the visible spires!!
When the walls are added, this is going to blend right into the neighborhood perfectly!

There's a problem here, I believe . .
the incompleted bone-structure of 220 CPS . .
with the crane up there, angled just so . .
elevator scaffolding glommed onto the side . . and the frightening
florescent-orange netting on every floor, isn't exactly helping any
. . except to stop people from toppling off into the trees, of course . .
it's all actually bewildering the vegetation in Central Park . .

At least that's the point of view of the poor deranged trees . .
The poor dears are beginning to feel as if they're really buildings . .
according to tree psychologist Gale Brewer . .
Upset city residents are beginning to discern,
that the leaves in the park, . . are now timing themselves, . .
to color, crinkle, fall, and generally correspond to . .
conditions of 220 CPS and other such tall developments in the area . .

Even under normal conditions, . .
Manhattan trees aren't the most season-savvy of their species . .
The off-schedule spring budding and autumn leaf transformation . .
are unmistakable indicators of alienation from their real world brethren . .
With the stress of giant architectural structures looming overhead, . .
they are developing inferiority complexes and unhealthy fixations
on astronomical real-estate prices . .

this may only be scratching the surface of a severe urban crisis . .
. . or maybe the whole deal is all just beautifully complementing
the beginning of our exciting new month of December . .
and the pretty trees and happy buildings are just fine . .
that's probably it . .

finally the view from inside Central Park . .
actually makes the park look
like it's authentically in Manhattan . .

Just short time ago, One57 dominated that view. Not anymore.

Walked past 220 Central Park South a few times in October, and couldn't stop taking pictures.

This document states that this is a super tall?

Before we all panic in joy, am I interpreting this right or am I tripping?

THe file extension below seems to indicate this document was on 11/21/16. I mean, if this went from a near super tall to super tall status, sweet jesus!!!
