Now whether it will be given a new color or just an extension of the airport line is the question. Given that it will spur off the airport line before the last station and circle around the airport putting a station near the international terminal and continue south it very well could be a new color and considered a new line.

Rail to Clayton would most likely be a a new line with a spur from the East Point Station via Hapeville and the ATL International Terminal using existing right of way (Norfolk Southern). Therefore a new line could be in the works - but also either the Gold or Red Lines, which now both serve the ATL domestic terminal, could be redirected at East Point to travel this new rail line into Clayton.
