From the rendering it looks like it might have a sky bridge connection to the new convention center hotel. Is there a reason for that?

Come to think of it, the design does resemble something along Ballston-Rosslyn Corridor.

The project is now 39-floors with 314 units. Up from 38-floors, 299 units.

As much as I like the concept, that pool is going to be useless for swimming and exercising in. Imagine trying to swim laps and hitting a concrete pillar.
