A place to list towers that are rising between grade and top out! Listing them here will help me plan what to visit with my drone as well! Let's collaborate by copy pasting what the last person put, add any additional projects you can think of, updating your latest reliable floor count, and subtracting buildings as they top out! When there are multiple towers in a single development being built simultaneously, like Claridge Royale currently, let's track the tallest tower currently between grade and top out. This could be a fun way to look at what is rising at a glance.
I'll start with a few:
Zibi Block 206 (3+/25)
90 Champagne Ave (6+/14)
412 Sparks (2+/18)
Soho Champagne II (1+/27)
Astoria (7+/10)
1357 Baseline Road (1+/15)
We2 (3+/14)
1976 Scott St. (3+/26)
Claridge Royale (12+/27)
"tower" is a bit of a stretch for Ottawa. New Stump sound more befitting.
Well that's just being pedantic. I counter your comment by suggesting that anything 10 stories or higher makes the same impact on the Ottawa Stumpline that a 20 story or higher building would make on Calgary's skyline or a 40 story building would make on Toronto's skyline.
Don't know how far along it is at this point, but there's the tower on Slater, behind the James Flaherty Building and Capitol Hill Hotel. The one on Carling across from Westgate.
Ottawa has 17x 90+ metre towers completed
Ottawa has 8x 90+ metre towers in various stages of construction
Ottawa has 19x 90+ metre towers approved
Ottawa has 37x 90+ metre towers proposed
This city will be a very different place in a few years.

Anyone attempt to do a crane count across Ottawa-Gatineau ? I suspect we are over 30 x UC including all sites regardless of height?
