Oddly enough, reminds me a bit of parts of Shinjuku's CBD area.
I thought the same thing when I visited Shinjuku! Nishi Shinjuku, to be specific. Once the subway connects Century City to the rest of LA, this will be even more true.
The Purple line extension cannot come quick enough.
And to think that the Sepulveda extension could also connect with the Purple line would be a huge benefit for residents of the Valley.
