This picture is definitely distorted making the buildings and mountains appear taller and thinner than they really are. They are impressive enough it's just that probably to get the expansive view it was scrunched so this isn't quite accurate.

NYC just looks so gargantuan in that first pic. Good lord. It's amazing how this city just grew so far above every other city in America. Great pics btw.

^^ What's so crazy is that it's soooo crazy big in the first pic... but then you pan left and there's still a gigantic skyline that was left out of the first pic.
