Forget the backhoe, but they are demolishing the interior of the existing building.

I'll chill on updates on this one until I see some walls coming down or the excavator arrives on the scene. - I walk past here every morning, and by the looks of it, we won't have to wait much longer before action begins.

Personally, I like the curve of the smaller tower, and the podium looks really nice to replace that existing retail, but the 54 storey building really lacks in it's design. Enough with boxy condos already! Atleast it's one box and one Curved building, but still!
