Flooded City

Norfolk Va

This is what happens when 3 inches of rain falls in less than an hour in a city 8 ft above sea level and historically marshy.

Light rail construction work had to stop for the day!

Very Rare, there has been extensive work on the utility systems and lots of construction so im sure that contributed. We havent seen anything this bad since the 90s and this may be worse!
